Partner day: sharing the 2026 roadmap

Distributors from twelve markets joined a two-day session covering product roadmap, service levels and the new spare-parts programme.

The first day focused on roadmap. The main message was consolidation: fewer platform variants, more shared modules across product lines, and a single app for intercom, cameras and sensors.

The second day covered service. A spare-parts programme now allows distributors to hold a small kit of the most-replaced components, with a documented replacement procedure for each item.

Feedback from the session shaped the 2026 plan, particularly around documentation language coverage and the response time target for technical tickets.
