Tooling, injection, SMT, assembly and testing sit within a few hundred metres of each other. When a component changes, the engineering, production and quality teams review it together before the next work order starts.
- SMT & AOI. Six placement lines with automated optical inspection and reflow profiling.
- Tooling & moulding. In-house mould shop for enclosure changes and new product tooling.
- Injection. Automated injection cells for ABS, PC and flame-retardant grades.
