A project plan before a purchase order
Tooling, certification and app work are quoted separately so the total cost is visible at the start. The schedule is signed before development begins.
Private label a finished platform
Logo, silkscreen, colour, packaging and accessory set. No new mould. Typical minimum order 1,000 units.
Develop a product for your market
Enclosure, PCB, camera module, firmware and app. Tooling and certification are planned with the launch date. Typical minimum order 2,000 units.
Multi-year supply agreements
Volume commitments with a component lifetime review, last-buy windows and a spare-parts list for your service network.
Five stages from brief to shipment
Each stage has a deliverable you sign off before the next one starts.

Brief & quotation
Share the target specification, market and volume. Sales returns a quotation with tooling, certification and lead-time assumptions.

Design & development
Our engineers review the enclosure, PCB and firmware. A development schedule is signed before work starts.

Tooling & samples
Moulds are cut, boards are assembled and sample units are built on the production line, not in a lab.

Validation & certification
Samples go through functional, reliability and EMC testing, then to the certification body for the destination market.

Mass production & shipment
Production follows the approved configuration. Final test records ship with the carton serial list.
A short brief is enough to start
- Product type and target retail price
- Destination market and required certification
- Estimated annual volume and first order quantity
- Packaging language and brand assets
- App requirements, if the product is connected
If the brief is still open, send the application and target price. We will propose the closest platform and list the changes needed.

Start with a sample and a schedule
We will confirm the platform, tooling scope and certification route before quoting production.
